The Teatro Real has announced its 2016-17 season as part of the theater’s 200th Anniversary with a new production of “Rodelinda” by Händel with Sabina Puértolas performing the title role, directed by Claus Guth and conducted by music director Ivor Bolton.
This is a new coproduction by Teatro Real, the Opéra de Lyon, the Neue Oper Frankfurt and the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
